2. Customer Obligations: a. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle, including make, model, and any specific requirements. b. The customer must ensure that the vehicle is clean and free from any dirt, debris, or contaminants before the installation of the paint protection film. c. The customer must follow the recommended care instructions provided by the Company after the installation of the paint protection film.

3. Pricing and Payments: a. The pricing for the paint protection film installation services will be provided to the customer based on the vehicle’s make, model, and the specific services required. b. The customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the services provided by the Company. c. Payment for the services is due upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Company. d. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect services already scheduled and paid for.

4. Appointment Scheduling: a. The customer must schedule an appointment for the paint protection film installation in advance. b. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the customer’s preferred date and time, but availability is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. c. In case of rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment, the customer must provide notice to the Company within a reasonable time frame. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in additional charges.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability: a. The Company provides a limited warranty for the paint protection film installation services. The warranty terms and conditions will be provided to the customer separately. b. The Company shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of its services, except where such damage, injury, or loss is caused by the Company’s negligence. c. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or defects to the vehicle that were present prior to the installation of the paint protection film. d. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages caused by improper use, maintenance, or modifications made to the paint protection film by the customer or any third party.

6. Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights related to the Company’s website, products, and services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information, are owned by the Company. b. The customer shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
